This 2025 of edition of Montréal en Lumière at Bar George will bring you a sunny gastronomic touch with the flavours of Mauritius, featuring special guest, Chef Martine Bauer, accompanied by our very own Bar George Executive Chef Kevin Ramasawmy, both of Mauritian heritage. Together, they will create an exceptional $160 five-course tasting menu featuring a fusion of classic Mauritian cuisine, modern techniques, and bold creativity with delicate flavours.
